Srinagar : The key to successful leadership on Wednesday is hard work and influence not authority. This was stated by Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK), Dr. G.N.Itoo on Wednesday in Girls Higher Secondary Schools Kothibagh while presiding over the one day workshop themed ‘Investing in leadership’ for newly evaluated Principals in Kashmir division.
Such efforts will be continued to make the upcoming academic session effective, DSEK said and added that school heads should act as role models.
He assured DSEK would take all possible measures for an effective teaching & learning process in the valley.
He urged the participants to embrace innovation and adopt best practices to create a conducive learning environment for students.
Senior officers of SED, Principals, Educational Experts and former Chief Education Officers participated in the training program emphasizing the importance of proper planning for effective administration and teaching learning process.
Joint Director School Education Kashmir Muhammad Mushtaq, Personnel Officer Engineer, Hilal Ahmad Butt and Chief Accounts Officer Syed Mubashira Hussain were also present in the training program.
