Don’t politicise civilian deaths, social evils, work unitedly to strengthen SRO 43: Hakeem to J&K Political Parties

Srinagar : President Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Front (J&K PDF) and former Minister Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen on Monday called upon all political parties not to politicise civilian deaths and social evils like the construction of a replica of Holly kaba by a mentally challenged man in Tangmarg area of Baramulla district. He also impressed upon the political parties to work together to strengthen SRO 43 for rehabilitation of the victims of militancy related operations in Jammu and Kashmir.
In a statement issued here on Monday Hakeem alleged that political parties tend to settle political scores by visiting the families of the victims of militancy related operations , Stating therein that such visits only deepen the wounds of the families of the victims of militancy related operations and don’t in way lead to their rehabilitation. Calling upon the political parties to work unitedly to strengthen SRO 43 to ensure jobs and relief to the victims of the families of militancy related operations Hakeem said politics of sympathising families of the victims of militancy related operations finally refreshes their deep wounds instead of healing them. Calling upon religious leaders not to fuel provocations on unholy actions of insane persons Hakeem said still some more insane people are engaged in unholy performances disallowed by religion and cultural ethos of Kashmir and they need to be reformed earnestly.
