Speaking on the third day of discussions, he assured stakeholders that their concerns would be considered.
4. JKBOSE Annual Exams 2025 to Begin This Month: A total of 3.69 lakh students from grades 10, 11, and 12 will appear for the JKBOSE Annual Regular 2025 exams across 3,682 centers. 5. Govt Orders Probes Into Gujjar Youth’s Alleged Custodial Death: The J&K government has launched two separate inquiries into the alleged custodial death of Makhan Din in Kathua. While police claim he died by suicide, a magisterial probe and a fact-finding committee led by DIG Shiv Kumar Sharma will investigate the case.

7. MP Aga Ruhullah Questions Timing Of Security Meeting, Killings In Kashmir: NC leader and MP Syed Aga Ruhullah Mehdi questioned a high-level security review meeting, alleging that killings in Kashmir followed the meeting. He pointed out that no elected government representative was part of the discussions.
8. Mehbooba, Iltija Mufti Allegedly Placed Under House Arrest: PDP leader Iltija Mufti on Saturday claimed that she and her mother, former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, had been placed under house arrest, preventing them from visiting Sopore and Kathua. In a post on X, Iltija wrote, “My mother & I both have been placed under house arrest. Our gates have been locked up because she was meant to visit Sopore where Waseem Mir was shot dead by the army.” She further said “I intended to visit Kathua today to meet Makhan Din’s family & am not being allowed to even move out. Nothing has changed in Kashmir even after elections. Now even comforting the family of victims is being criminalised.” There has been no official statement from the J&K Governmenmt regarding the alleged restrictions.
