DC G’bal reviews status of public grievances on JK-Samadhan Portal

Ganderbal : Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore, on Monday convened a meeting with District and Sectoral Officers to review the status of grievances registered on the JK-Samadhan Portal and assess the progress of citizen registrations on the portal.
During the meeting, the DC took a detailed review of all pending grievances and analyzed the resolution of previously addressed complaints.
He inquired about the actions taken by various departments regarding grievances submitted by citizens and emphasized the need for timely and quality redressal.
Directing all departments to expedite the resolution process, the DC stressed the importance of citizen engagement and awareness regarding the JK-Samadhan Portal.
He instructed officers to actively assist citizens in registering on the platform, ensuring wider participation and better grievance redressal.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Gulzar Ahmad, SDM Kangan, ACR Ganderbal, CAO, CEO, Tehsildars, and other concerned officials.
