Kulgam : Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan, convened a meeting on Saturday with District and Sectoral Officers to assess the progress of citizen registrations on the Samadhan portal.
During the meeting, the DC evaluated the status of public grievance redressal across various departments. He inquired about the actions taken regarding grievances submitted by citizens through the Samadhan portal.
The DC issued directives for the prompt resolution of these grievances to all departments and underscored the importance of increasing citizen registrations on the Samadhan portal.
All departments were instructed to actively engage with citizens, raise awareness about the JK Samadhan portal, and assist them in the registration process.
The meeting was attended by ACD Syed Naseer Ahmad, Tehsildars, BDOs, CEO, ZEOs, AD CAPD, DIO, DYSSO, and all Executive Officers of Municipalities, along with the District Manager of CSC Kulgam.
