DC G’bal chairs introductory meeting with District, Sectoral officers

DC also Inspects offices housed in Mini Sectt G’bal

Ganderbal : Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore, on Saturday chaired an introductory meeting with district and sectoral officers at the Conference Hall of Mini Secretariat, Ganderbal.
During the meeting, officers from various departments briefed the DC about the initiatives undertaken and the status of implementation of government schemes in the district.
While addressing the officers, the DC emphasized the importance of providing hassle-free public services and urged them to perform their duties with dedication and transparency to meet public expectations. He also stressed the need to accelerate the pace of ongoing projects to ensure their timely completion.
He further directed officers to identify and resolve any bottlenecks hindering development projects and assured them of his full cooperation in addressing such issues.
Seeking support from all departments, Kishore urged officers to work in close coordination to achieve the district’s development goals efficiently and effectively.
The meeting was attended by SSP Ganderbal, Ragav S; Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Gulzar Ahmad; GM DIC, Bilal Mukhtar; Chief Planning Officer, Shahnawaz Ahmad Khan; Executive Engineers of various engineering wings, and other district and sectoral officers.
Later, Jatin Kishore conducted a detailed inspection of various Offices and sections functioning from Mini Secretariat to ensure proper work culture and efficient public delivery system.
During inspection, the DC interacted with the officers and took stock of functioning of offices and services being provided to general public.
He stressed the need for adopting best work ethics and urged the staff to work with a proactive approach while addressing public issues and grievances.
The DC stressed the significance of maintaining clean and organized office spaces and emphasized the paramount importance of transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public service delivery.
