Baramulla : Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Minga Sherpa on Sunday unfurled the Tricolour at DC office premises, here to celebrate the 76th Republic Day.He presided over the celebrations, which highlighted the spirit of unity and commitment to the nation.The function was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Dr Zahoor Ahmad Raina; Dy.
