Srinagar : In its ongoing efforts to promote legal awareness and foster a law-abiding society, Awantipora Police conducted awareness programmes on new criminal laws at Success Point Coaching centre Dahwato Gulzarpora and ITI World Coaching centre Tral.
The SHO Police Station Tral and IC Police Post Reshipora highlighted the role and importance of new criminal laws. Students actively participated in the interactive session, seeking clarifications on various legal provisions and voicing their queries. The initiative was aimed to familiarize students with new legal provisions and ensure that they remain informed and compliant with the evolving legal framework.
In the concluding para of its above quoted statement Police reiterated its commitment to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the community through such initiatives, Stating therein further that people are well-informed and actively involved in building a safer and more harmonious society.
