Srinagar : The Director of School Education Kashmir has assured the swift resolution of key issues affecting non-teaching employees of the department. This announcement comes as a significant relief to the workforce, highlighting the administration’s commitment to addressing long-pending concerns.
In a recent development, the Director resolved matters concerning the Chairman of SENTEF, J&K, and provided a timeline for addressing several critical issues. These include relieving teaching staff from clerical assignments, particularly in offices of the Directorate, CEOs, ZEOs, and other subordinate offices. Regularizing and confirming look-after and in-charge Head Assistants and Senior Assistants. Filling over 15 vacant Section Officer posts and 92 vacant Head Assistant posts under the 75% and 25% quotas. Promoting Class IV employees who have qualified the type test to Junior Assistant positions. Ensuring the regularization of Contingent Paid Workers (CPWs) on a priority basis. The proactive efforts of the Director of School Education, Kashmir, G.N. Itoo, and Chief Accounts Officer Syed Mubashira Hussain have drawn appreciation from various leaders. The non-teaching cadre expressed their gratitude for the administration’s dedication to resolving these challenges, reaffirming their own commitment to supporting the government’s vision and goals. President of JKLADCSA (Ministerial Federation), Jeelani Naik, extended heartfelt thanks to the entire cadre for their resilience and unity in pursuing these objectives.
