The initiative aims to curb profiteering, hoarding, and sale of substandard goods, while safeguarding the interests of consumers.
Market checking teams are closely monitoring retail shops, wholesale markets, and other commercial establishments to ensure adherence to price regulations, weight and measure standards, and quality control nor Specific focus is being given to essential commodities, including food items, medicines, and daily-use products.
