Speaking on the occasion, the ARTO Ganderbal highlighted the significance of prioritizing the health and well-being of drivers and transport workers, who play a crucial role in the community’s daily life. He emphasized that such initiatives ensure that health services, including preventive care, reach those who often neglect their health due to demanding schedules. The medical camp offered free health checkups, consultations, and a special eye screening facility for attendees. Health professionals conducted vision tests and provided necessary guidance on eye care. The inclusion of eye checkups was particularly appreciated by drivers, who recognized the importance of maintaining good vision for safe driving.
