Pulwama: Aalima Fayaz, a 10th-grade student, has authored her first book, titled The Falling Leaves. At just 15 years old, Aalima’s autobiography tells the deeply personal story of her life, filled with challenges and triumphs.
Aalima, who tragically lost her father in 2017, has faced many hardships over the years. Despite the emotional and personal struggles, she found solace and strength in her writing. The Falling Leaves delves into her journey, the obstacles she overcame, and the people who supported her along the way. “I have written about myself in my book. What happened to me? What challenges did I face in my life? What struggles did I go through? And most importantly, who supported me in my pain?” Aalima shared. The autobiography (The Falling Leaves) is available for purchase online. While giving message to other aspiring writers, Aalima said that: “My message would be to take out the talent inside you”. “Because their future will be very good. If they publish a book, they will become an author. It will be very good for them.”
