Tangmarg (Baramulla): MLA Gulmarg, Farooq Ahmad Shah, undertook an extensive tour of his constituency today, visiting several villages including Chichilora, Lalpora, Kechmatipora, Ogmuna, Gund Dalwash, and Tarhama. The visit was aimed at assessing the functioning of essential services and addressing public concerns.
During his interactions with the residents, the MLA enquired about the performance of key departments like PHE Department, Power Development Department and R&B Department (Mechanical Division). The locals expressed satisfaction with the efforts of these departments, particularly their swift response in restoring essential services post-snowfall.
MLA Farooq Ahmad Shah emphasized his commitment to ensuring uninterrupted services and urged officials to remain proactive in addressing public needs, especially during challenging weather conditions.
In addition to reviewing services, the MLA also visited several bereaved families in the constituency to offer his condolences. He spent time with the grieving families, offering prayers for the departed souls and extending his support during their time of loss.
Later, MLA Gulmarg Farooq Ahmad Shah had an interactive session with party functionaries and urged them to remain at the forefront for the welfare of the people. He also met several delegations from various parts of the constituency, listened to their issues, and assured them of timely redressal.
