DC Doda approves 6 change of land use cases

Doda : Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh, chaired a meeting of the District Level Committee on Change of Land Use (CLU) at the Mini Meeting Hall of the DC Office Complex on Thursday.
A total of seven cases related to change of land use were deliberated upon, out of which six were approved after a thorough assessment. The committee ensured each case was evaluated on its merits, with emphasis on maintaining a balanced approach to land use changes in the district.
DC Doda directed the officials to expedite the issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to the applicants, provided all requisite documents are duly verified. He reiterated the need for strict adherence to guidelines and policies while processing CLU cases to ensure transparency and accountability.
The meeting was attended by Project Officer ICDS, CEO Bhaderwah Development Authority, Additional Commissioner Revenue, Divisional Forest Officer, Tehsildar Bhaderwah and other officers from concerned departments.
