7 Electric Autos Seized For Traffic Violations In Akhnoor, Jammu

Jammu/Dec,24:Police In Jammu on Tuesday said that it has seized seven electric autos for creating hurdles in the traffic movement and disruption free movement of Vehicles in Akhnoor area of Jammu region.
In a statement issued from District Police Headquarters Jammu Police said “In a proactive move to ensure the smooth functioning of traffic in Akhnoor are seven electric autos were seized for creating obstacles and disrupting the free flow of traffic”,adding therein that the vehicles have been booked under the relevant sections of the Motor Vehicles Act.
Stating that the action was taken as part of the police’s efforts to maintain order and ensure the safety and convenience of commuters,Police in its statement further said that strict enforcement measures will continue to be implemented to address any violations affecting traffic movement.In the concluding para of its above quoted statement Police reiterated its commitment to ensure road safety and appealed people to cooperate with it by adhering to traffic regulations.
