Jammu Varsity accredited A++ with 3.72 score by NAAC

Jammu: In a major development, the University of Jammu has been accredited A++ ranking by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
The NAAC team, which was on a three days visit to the University of Jammu from December 11 to 13, reviewed the key performance of the higher institution, which include Curriculum Aspects, Teaching-Learning and Evaluation, Research, Innovation, and Extension, Infrastructure and Learning Resources, Student Support and Progression, Governance, Leadership and Management, and Institutional Values and Best Practices.
‘The NAAC has accredited A++ to the University of Jammu on the basis of academics, infrastructure, activities and other major initiatives undertaken,” said an official.
The University of Jammu scored 3.72 under Range of institutional Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) to be accredited A++, they said
The NAAC team notably, also visited Bhaderwah and Kathua Campus of the University of Jammu.
