Leaders stress on unity for strengthening party's base

Srinagar : National Conference Zadibal blocks on Wednesday felicitated Nasir Aslam Wani on his appointment as Advisor to J&K CM Omar Abdullah and Showkat Ahmad Mir on his elevation as Provincial President Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Spokesperson and MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq who organised the event emphasized the importance of a robust party to support a strong government. The event included party functionaries, including Block Presidents and Secretaries from the Zadibal constituency, convened at the party headquarters, Nawa-i-Subh. The event was graced by the presence of MLAs Ahsan Pardesi, Mustaq Ahmed Guroo, Political Advisor to the Vice President Mudassar Shahmiri, State Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, and Women’s Wing PP Er Sabiya Qadri, SM head Ifra Jan. During the event, the speakers highlighted Showkat Ahmad Mir’s remarkable contributions during his time as Provincial Secretary and expressed confidence in his organizational abilities in his new role as Provincial President, believing it would greatly benefit the party. They stressed the importance of a united effort in strengthening the party’s network and effectively addressing the needs of the people.
In his address, Nasir Aslam Wani emphasized the necessity of ensuring that the party’s ground workers and top brass work together seamlessly to support the government in its public outreach and alleviation of public issues. Wani provided a detailed account of the efforts made during his tenure as the party’s provincial President, expressing gratitude to the party’s media, social media, women’s wing, YNC wing, and minority wing for actively supporting the party’s mission and vision. He commended Tanvir Sadiq for the felicitation. Speaking on the occasion Showkat Mir urged the party workers to continue their public outreach programs without succumbing to complacency. “Let us continue to work together diligently and passionately towards our common goals, ensuring that our party remains strong and united in serving the people and advancing our shared vision,” he said.
