“Shocked & saddened by the news of the demise of a young JKAS officer Nimisha Dogra. She leaves behind two young kids & her husband Bhupinder who is a police officer serving in Poonch district,” Omar said on X.
“Namisha’s father is a long-time colleague & former minister Babu Jagjivan Lal ji. May her soul rest in peace & may her family find strength at this difficult time,” he added.
