JAMMU, Dec 12: In a recent administrative decision, Mohammad Usman Khan, JKAS, previously ordered to transfer as Deputy District Election Officer, Kishtwar, has now been appointed as Special Assistant (SA) to Satish Sharma, Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, Science & Technology, Information Technology, Youth Services, and Sports and ARI & Trainings.
