Srinagar : The Jammu & Kashmir Forest Department has attached Range Officer Javeed Ahmad Natkhan (Grade I) of the Tangmarg/Gulmarg Range to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Special Division Tangmarg following allegations of misconduct and misbehavior with MLA of the area.
Reports said the action was initiated under instructions from Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment, and Tribal Affairs. A summary inquiry into the incident has been ordered, with the Conservator of Forests tasked to submit a report within two days
