Srinagar, Dec 07: Kashmir valley is under the grip of a severe cold wave with Zojila Pass recording the minimum 19-degree Celsius temperature.
In Srinagar, temperature improved from the last night but still settled below the freezing point, recording minus 2-degree Celsius.
