Srinagar, Dec 07: Kashmir valley is under the grip of a severe cold wave with Zojila Pass recording the minimum 19-degree Celsius temperature.
In Srinagar, temperature improved from the last night but still settled below the freezing point, recording minus 2-degree Celsius.
The tourist resort of Gulmarg in north Kashmir recorded minus 3.6 degree Celsius.
The weatherman has predicted dry weather in Kashmir plains till 14th December and light rains and snow over the higher reaches.
