School land forcibly occupied in Bandipora at Watapora

Sopore:  Ex Surpaunch of village Watapore Bala Bandipur Ab Rashid Bhat make a virtual call to Honble L G Manoj Sinha about the dfficiency of School in the above Mohalla,and identified a Kah Chariyee land  under survey no 1262 measuring 1.12 kanal,located within this mohalla,and immidiately it was handed over to Panchayat concerned,,,the surpanch make the filling of this plot,and in view of requirement and feisablity ,this land was alloted to education deptt,and the ZEO Quil Bandipore, /CEO took the possession of this land,ZEO was asked by CEO Bpr to errect the school  sign board viz Boys Middle School Watapora Bala Bpr,but the ZEO  only took the possessio and didn’t  place his sign board till date,,Unfortunately few days back Mohala Auqaf Commitee Watapora bala during night hours has placed the sign board of Qabristan. (grave yard)upon this land,,we have moved the ZEO concerned/CEO Bandipore about this obnoxious situation,but their response is silent,though this land stands already alloted to education deptt,,SHO Bandipore has called the Auqaff president X police man ,to vacate the Auqaf /Qabaristan Board from this site ,to which he said yes,but has not complied the directions,,,and asked them how will you go to make Qabaristan over this Kah Chariyee land,,when it stands already alloted for construction of middle school,,,this Auqaf president is backed by some political leader,,only to make a breach of peace in the mohalla ,for his vested interests for forth comming panchayat elections,,,as a result the future if growing student genration is being mard and bleaked,,,kindly intervene for Gods sake,so as to work is started for middle school upon this land,in view of documents.
