Shopian: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Mohammad ShahidSaleem Dar on Monday reviewed the arrangements for the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (SSB) exam for Constable posts in a meeting with officers, Superintendents and Heads of Institutions of Examination Centres at Mini Secretariat, Shopian.
The DC emphasized the need for advance preparations to ensure a smooth conduct of the examination across all exam centres of the district numbering fifteen (15).
He stressed that all necessary arrangements, including infrastructure, security logistics, videography and personnel, should be put in place well before the exam date.
The DC also took appraisal of preparedness including provision of adequate and optimal facilities such as seating, heating, lighting, sanitation, transportation, security and other issues.
He called for hassle free execution of the entire process so that the SSB exam for Constable posts is conducted in a fair, transparent and efficient manner.
The Centre’s Superintendents and HOIs were sensitized about their vital role in the execution of exam preparations. This will help to ensure that the exam is conducted smoothly and without any hiccups, said ADC, Dr. ZakirHussainFaaz.
