Fund Office B’pora to host Grievance Redressal/ Awareness Camp from Nov 25 to 27

Bandipora : The District Fund Office Bandipora is going to host a Grievance Redressal cum Awareness Camp from November 25 to November 27, 2024.
The District Fund Officer, Bandipora / Chief Accounts Officer has impressed upon all the DDOs and the subscribers/insurants of District Bandipora to bring their grievances, if any, regarding G.P. Fund and State Life Insurance (SLI) to the office of Chief Accounts Officer, District Fund Office, Bandipora on the scheduled dates in between working hours i.e. 10:00 AM to 04:30 PM for the redressal.
Moreover, all the DDOs have been requested to inform their respective subscribers about the Grievance Camp being organized and submit their grievances accordingly.
The activities during the Grievance Camp would include sessions to make subscribers aware of the advantages of auto/ e-TE procedure/ adjustment and verification of previous balances adopted by the funds organization for the convenience of the subscribers; Making subscribers aware about viewing their Annual Accounts Statements on HRMS Portal.
The camp will also offer the facility of on spot registration of subscribers for availing SMS service.
It would ensure disposal of all pending and fresh grievances received during the camp, facilitate the aggrieved ex-subscribers and live subscribers and insurant in resolution of their grievances; make subscribers aware about the e-services provided by the organization.
Subscribers must be aware about accessing “jkfunds.nic.in” for viewing their GPF balances using their credentials (User Name: 9-digit computer code) and Password “$a9digitcomputercode@”.
