Jammu : In an attempt to provide basic health facilities to people residing in remote areas, the Government Ayurvedic Hospital organised a free medical camp at Chodarewala in Chhamb Constituency, a remote village, on the instructions of Minister for FCS&CA, Transport and YS&S, Satish Sharma.
During the Medical camp, the genuine medical requirements of the people were addressed and free medical advice and medicines were provided to the patients. The people were provided services in Surgery, ENT, Gynecology, Medicine and Eye with free checkup, diagnosis and medicines.
Appreciating the steps taken by the Government Ayurvedic Hospital to provide basic health facilities in far-flung areas, the villagers demanded that more such medical camps should be organized on a regular basis. They also expressed gratitude to the Minister for providing basic and best health services to the people at their doorsteps.
