Reasi : Additional District Magistrate, Reasi, in exercise of powers vested U/s 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 hereby imposed complete ban on illegal use of Sale/Purchase of Portable Chain Saw (Mechanical Cutters) in District Reasi.
Any violation of this order shall invite penal action as warranted under relevant sections of law.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Reasi and Divisional Forest Officer, Reasi/Mahore shall get the order implemented in letter and spirit.
This order shall come into the force with immediate effect.
