SP Sopore chairs District Level Police Conference

Srinagar : SP Sopore, Smt. Divya D on Monday chaired a District Level Police Conference at Conference Hall of PC Sopore, in which police officers of PD Sopore participated.
The meeting primarily focused on conducting an impact assessment and baseline study of the recommendations made during the DGsP/ IGsP Conference-2023. The objective was to evaluate the current status, awareness, and effectiveness of these recommendations in Police District Sopore, particularly in relation to surveillance and operational preparedness. In addition to this, the conference explored the integration of advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance operational efficiency, improve crime prevention strategies, and address emerging criminal activities more effectively.
Besides this, the officers were directed to prioritize the ground-level implementation of these recommendations and were tasked with preparing detailed reports addressing their progress. These reports will be compiled and submitted to higher authorities for review and further action.
