Power Shutdown in Kashmir Parts

Srinagar : In order to carry out maintenance works, branch cutting & routine preventive work on droppers, the Chief Engineer Distribution, KPDCL issued Power Shutdown schedule of various Transmission Lines & Grid Stations.
According to CE, KPDCL that to carry out preventive maintenance of 220 KV main Bus and 132 KV Switchyard at GSS Zainakote, Power Supply to GSS Bemina, Pattan and Wanganpora including 33 KV HMT, Narbal, Shareefabad shall remain off from GSS Zainakote on Nov 10, 2024 from 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
Similarly, to carry out branch cutting/ pruning along the corridors of various 132 KV Transmission Line and maintenance works of Grid Stations, Power Supply to GSS Pattan and Magam shall remain affected on Nov 10, 2024 from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
Also, to carry out branch cutting of trees in corridor of 132 KV D/C Habbak-Cheshmashahi Transmission Line and 132 KV D/C Pampore Cheshmashahi Transmission Line Ckt-II, the power supply to the feeding GSS shall remain affected on November 12, 13 & 14 from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM and November 11 from 10:00AM to 4:30PM respectively.
Further, to facilitate the urgent & routine preventive work on droppers, clamps, CT/PT breaker, Bus bar on both 132/33 KV side and branch cutting along the corridor of 132 KV D/C Bemina Zainakote Transmission Line, the power supply to the feeding Grid Stations shall remain affected on Nov 10 2024 from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
