Srinagar — Two fathers from Kashmir are desperately searching for their missing daughters in Jammu, appealing to the public for any help.

Nissar Ahmed, father of 15-year-old Arbina from Keller Shopian, and Abdul Salam, father of 25-year-old Bismah Jan from Babhara Pulwama, reported that their daughters left home on October 21, 2024 but never returned.

According to Ahmed, the two young women were last seen near Banihal tunnel, and since then, there has been no information about their whereabouts.

After the families reported them missing, he said, police have filed separate FIRs at Police Stations Keller and Pulwama.

“A police search operation is now underway, with officers focusing on areas along the National Highway and the Bus Stand in Jammu, but no leads have emerged so far,” Ahmed said.

Alongside the police efforts, Ahmed and Salam have appealed the public for any information that could help find their daughters.

Anyone with details is requested to contact them at 60052-25776 or 97971-28137.
