Pedestrian killed in Srinagar accident

Srinagar : A pedestrian was killed in a road accident after he was hit by a vehicle on National Highway near Lawaypora area of Srinagar outskirts, officials said.
An official said that a pedestrian was killed after being hit by a vehicle in the Lawaypora area of Srinagar outskirts late evening.
He said the man was later identified as Nazir Ahmad, son of Habibullah, a resident of Bandipora.
He was shifted to the nearest hospital, where he was declared dead upon arrival.
