Srinagar, Oct 25: National Conference (NC) president Dr Farooq Abdullah Friday hit out at Pakistan for resorting to violence in Jammu and Kashmir, saying “Are they avenging us for not joining them”.
“I’m seeing violence from last 30 years. It didn’t stop. The terrorist activities were continued in Governor’s rule even. This has destroyed our set up. God knows when it will come to an end,” Dr Farooq said while commenting on yesterday’s Gulmarg terror attack in which 2 army men and 2 porters got killed.
“Many innocents have lost their lives. Leave it now. Let us to do our work. Let us to do resolve our peoples’ issues,” he added.
