Power Shutdown In Kashmir Parts

Srinagar: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, in order to carry out stabilization of 33KV Sangam II line, the shutdown of 132/33KV AIS Awantipora (180MVA) Grid Station shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Panzgam and K-Koot shall remain off on 21st October from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm, while power supply to the Panzgam, K-Koot, Gulzarpora and Hari areas shall remain affected.
Also, to carry out augmentation/ stabilization of 33KV Awantipora Line, the shutdown of 132/33KV AIS Awantipora (180MVA) Grid Station shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Awantipora I&II, IUST, AIIMS, Rice Mills and LIS remain shall remain off while power supply to the Malangpora, Padgampora, Awantipora, Barsoo, Beighpora and Lalagam areas shall remain affected from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM on 20, 23 and 25 of October, 2024.
Similarly, to carry out the branch cutting, the shutdown of Alusteng Grid Station shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Ahmad Nagar, Umerhair and Gulabbagh shall remain off while power supply to the Pandach, Khalmulla, Pathan Colony, Gulabbagh, Umerhair and Ahmad Nagar areas shall remain affected from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on 21st of October, 2024.
Likewise, to carry out erection of four pole tower near Aiwa Bridge, the shutdown of 132/133 KV Wanganpora Grid Station shall be observed due to which 33/11KV Receiving Stations at Soura and Zoonimar shall remain off, while power supply to the Soura, Zoonimar, Buchpora, Anchar, Nowsehra, 90-Feet and Bohlochipora areas shall remain affected from 12:00 Noon to 04:00 PM on 22nd of October, 2024.
