B’gam: Chairman Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Front ( J&K PDF) Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen has extended good wishes to Omar Abdullah on becoming chief Minister of the JK UT. He hoped that Omar Abdullah led government would fulfill all the promises made to the people in election manifestive.
In a statement issued on Thursday Hakeem while congratulating Omar Abdullah for taking the charge as new CM of JKUT said that it was a matter of great satisfaction that democracy has been restored and the people were able to elect their own representatives after a long wait of 10 years. He said after getting peoples decisive mandate NC – Congress alliance was duty bound to fulfill all the promises made to the people during election campaigns and respective manifestoes’ . He said the people of Jammu and Kashmir have voted for a secular and stable government to keep divisive and communal forces at bay. He said the mandate of the people is mainly against the onslaught at their
constitutional, legal , social and political rights . PDF Chairman has said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have pinned high hopes with Omar led new government that thier constitutional rights , unilaterally snatched by , post August5 2019 , decisions would be restored with dignity and honour . He said besides restoration of statehood and protection of rights on land and, the people of Jammu and Kashmir want peace and development with main focus on he prevailing power crisis and burgeoning unemployment problem .
