Cyber Cell Jammu Recovers ₹2.14 Lakh from Fraudster

Jammu: The Cyber Cell of District Police Jammu has successfully recovered ₹2, 14, 000 from a fraudster involved in online deception schemes. This recovery follows a complaint from a victim who reported being cheated through various tactics employed by the suspect.
In a statement issued from District Police Headquarters Jammu Police said that upon receiving a complaint the Cyber Cell initiated an immediate investigation, showcasing its commitment to combating cybercrime, adding therein that with a team of skilled professionals and advanced technological resources, the unit worked diligently to trace and recover the lost funds.
In the concluding para of its above quoted statement Police said that District Police Jammu continues to emphasize its proactive approach in addressing cyber fraud, reinforcing its dedication to ensuring the safety and security of the public.
