Bandipora : The second randomization of counting staff for the three Assembly Constituencies of Bandipora District was on Monday conducted Monday at mini Secretariat.
District Election Officer Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri conducted the randomization in presence of Observers and Returning Officers and other concerned.
The randomization was conducted using dedicated software, strictly adhering to the guidelines of the Election Commission of India, ensuring fairness and impartiality in the selection of counting personnel besides the entire process was video recorded.
