Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Friday dismissed rumors of “back channel” talks with any party outside the INDIA Bloc as figments of imagination.

Party spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar dismissed these claims as baseless, stressing that JKNC remains firmly aligned with INDIA Bloc and is not engaging in any outside negotiations.

He said that those spreading such rumors are driven by fear of political defeat, thereby resorting to falsehoods to mislead the public.

He urged people to disregard these fabricated stories, emphasizing that JKNC’s focus is on delivering for the people of Jammu and Kashmir in line with the INDIA Bloc’s vision.

He called on the public to remain vigilant against such misinformation and reaffirmed JKNC’s commitment to transparency, unity, and the welfare of the region.
