Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir BJP Chief Ravinder Raina expressed confidence that the party would secure an absolute majority in the upcoming elections on October 8.
Addressing a press conferene he said that voter turnout across all three phases of the assembly polls indicated strong support for the BJP.
He said that citizens from various regions participated actively in the elections, reflecting their trust in the democratic process and the BJP’s agenda, which aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision.
Raina emphasized that selecting a CM was not the party’s immediate concern. He encouraged patience until the results are announced, asserting his belief in the BJP emerging as the largest party in the region.
Raina highlighted the extensive campaigning efforts by key BJP leaders, including Modi and other prominent figures, and expressed optimism about the party’s performance in both Jammu and Kashmir.
