Jammu: In a victory against cybercrime, the Cyber Cell of Jammu & Kashmir Police has successfully recovered ₹1 lakh from a fraudster who had been deceiving people using various tactics.
In a statement issued from District Police Headquarters Jammu Police said that a complainant approached on Monday the Cyber Cell Jammu and alleged therein that he has been fraudulently cheated. “The team swiftly sprang into action, showcasing exceptional professionalism and expertise. Their prompt investigation led to the recovery of the stolen amount from the fraudster,” Police Statement reads. In the concluding para of its above quoted statement Police said “District Police Jammu, equipped with advanced technology and expert human resource remains at the forefront in the fight against cybercriminals.”
