Kupwara: Gargi Umrao, Expenditure Observer (EO) for Assembly Constituencies of Kupwara, Trehgam and Karnah on Monday conducted 2nd round of expenditure reconciliation meeting with the contesting candidates of these constituencies.
AEOs of these Assembly Constituencies thoroughly examined the Expenditure Registers of Contesting Candidates and reconciled them with the Shadow Registers.
On the occasion, GargiUmrao directed the ROs to issue notices to the contesting candidates who are underreporting their expenditure.
