Rajouri: Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University celebrated Teacher’s Day with enthusiasm.
On the occasion, Prof. Akbar Masood, Vice Chancellor of the University paid rich tributes to Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan on his birth anniversary.
