Jammu: The Cyber Cell of Jammu and Kashmir Police in Jammu District has successfully solved an online fraud case, recovering an amount of ₹50,000 from a fraudster who had been deceiving people through various tactics.
According to a statement issued from District Police Headquarter a complainant approached the Cyber Cell, alleging fraudulent cheating. In its statement Police said “the team swiftly initiated investigations, showcasing professional excellence and expertise. The dedicated human resource, equipped with advanced technology, worked tirelessly to recover the lost amount”. “Within a short span, the Cyber Cell successfully retrieved the ₹50,000 from the fraudster, bringing relief to the victim,” reads the statement.
