Srinagar : Former Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) Yasir Reshi, who recently left the People’s Conference, has joined the Awami Itehaad Party (AIP) in Srinagar.
Reports said that Reshi is expected to contest upcoming assembly elections for the Sonawari constituency in Bandipora district as he has unsuccessfully contests two consecutive assembly elections from the same constituency.
