Dr Tasaduk receives prestigious US ‘Endocrine Society’ membership

Srinagar : Kashmir-based medico cum noted health columnist Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo received membership from prestigious ‘Endocrine Society’ based in USA.

Dr Itoo is a distinguished medical professional having affiliations with prestigious organizations, including American College of Physicians (ACP); Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI); International Diabetes Federation(IDF); and European Society of Endocrinology(ESE). Pertinently, the Endocrine Society is a professional, international medical organization in the field of endocrinology and metabolism, based in USA. Founded in 1916, it is said to be the world’s oldest, largest, leading and most active organization devoted to research on hormones and the clinical practice of endocrinology — publishing four leading journals. It has members from over 120 countries in medicine, molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, physiology, genetics, immunology, education, industry, and allied health. The Society’s mission is to advance excellence in endocrinology and promote its essential and integrative role in scientific discovery, medical practice, and human health.
