Jammu: Ahead of three-phase Assembly election starting from September 18 in Jammu and Kashmir, the General-Officer-Commanding (GOC) White Knight Corps on Saturday reviewed the security situation in Doda and the Kishtwar districts.
The Nagrota based White Knight Corps (16 Corps) posted on X, “GOC #WhiteKnightCorps along with #GOC CIF Delta, conducted a security review of the operational preparedness in the #Suigarh and #Patnazi sectors of #Doda-#Kishtwar.”
During the visit, he complimented the troops for their steadfastness and the professional conduct demonstrated during operations, it said.
The White Knight Corps also said that the GOC also assessed the #KaplasKund Yatra. Security Forces are maintaining heightened vigil and aerial platforms are being utilised to provide over-watch.
