Jammu : Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu under the leadership of Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director, IIM Jammu welcomed teachers and a batch of enthusiastic students from 10th, 11th, and 12th standards of International Daily Rising School, Jammu, for an educational visit to its state-of-the-art campus at Jagti.
The visit aimed to provide the students with insights into higher education and inspire them through interactive sessions with esteemed faculty members. The group was accompanied by Ruchi Manhas, Vice-Principal of IDRS, Jammu. The sessions included interaction with Prof. Jabir Ali, Dean Academics, IIM Jammu and a session by Arup Bhattacharya, AO-Academics, IIM Jammu.
The visit commenced with a guided tour of the IIM Jammu campus, showcasing the smart classrooms and the Nalanda Library, reflecting the institute’s commitment to providing a modern and conducive learning environment. The students and teachers were impressed with the campus facilities and the vibrant academic atmosphere. The visit concluded with a Hi-Tea and a group photograph, marking the end of a day filled with learning, interaction, and inspiration. IIM Jammu remains committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment and looks forward to continuing such initiatives that bridge the gap between school education and higher learning opportunities.
