National Lok Adalat on 14th September at DCC Mominabad, Srinagar

Srinagar : On the directions of Executive Chairman, National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) endorsed by Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Srinagar is going to hold 3rd National Lok Adalat of the year 2024 at District Court Complex (DCC) Srinagar on 14th September, 2024.
The National Lok Adalat shall be held for amicable settlement of pre-Litigation and post Litigation cases.
Pre –Litigation cases include NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery matters, Labour disputes cases, Electricity and Water bills (excluding non-Compoundable), Other (Criminal Compoundable, Matrimonial and other civil disputes).
While pending in courts cases include Criminal Compoundable offence, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery matters, MACT cases, Labour disputes cases, Electricity and Water bills (excluding non-Compoundable), Matrimonial cases, Land Acquisition cases, Other civil cases (rent, easementary rights, injunctions suit, specific performance suit) etc.
Meanwhile, it is notified that all concerned parties/advocates who desire to get their cases/ disputes/claims settled through this National LokAdalat may approach District Legal Services Authority Srinagar by or before 06/09/2024, so that their cases/claims/disputes can be settled amicably through this National Lok Adalat.
