Jammu: In a swift and efficient operation, Jammu Police today safely disposed of a rusted old grenade found in the Resham Garh area under Police Station Bakshi Nagar.
A statement issued from District Police Headquarters Jammu reads “While on patrol, police personnel discovered the grenade and immediately called the bomb disposal squad to the scene”.
“The team expertly removed the grenade from the spot and later destroyed it in a controlled manner on the outskirts of Jammu, preventing any potential harm to the public,” the statement reads.
