Srinagar : Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, on Saturday said that he has a clear vision for empowering the youth so they can play their role in shaping the future of Jammu and Kashmir. He further sai that if Apni Party receives a public mandate, its government will harness J&K’s natural potential to create infrastructure for educational and skill development institutions, as well as employment opportunities for the younger generation, who hold the future of this region.

The Apni Party President spent the entire day touring different constituency areas. For the second consecutive day, Apni Party President remained in his home constituency of Chanapora. As part of his campaign, Bukhari engaged with residents across various areas, seeking their vote and support in the forthcoming polls,” the press note said.
During his day-long visit to the constituency for one to one contact with the electorates, Bukhari assured the residents that he would not let them down if they entrusted him with their mandate in the upcoming elections.
He said “Unlike conventional politicians, I am committed to a politics of honesty and integrity. I assure you that you will not be disappointed if you give me your mandate to serve. This constituency is not just my home; it’s a place where I know every corner, and I am fully aware of the issues and problems they are grappling with. I promise that once I receive your mandate, I will ensure the prompt redressal of these issues and grievances.” Talking to reporters during his interactions with the people in his home constituency Bukhari said “Apni Party will contest the upcoming elections independently and will not form alliances with any other party.”
He said that the party plans to field candidates in 60 seats—40 in Kashmir and 20 in Jammu province.” He accused both NC and PDP of having a secret alliance with the BJP at the centre.
Speaking about the party’s agenda and policies, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said that Apni Party’s core agenda is to ensure a sustained peace, stability, prosperity, and development in Jammu and Kashmir. He said, “Our primary agenda is clear and straightforward. We aspire for a sustained peace, stability, prosperity and development in Jammu and Kashmir. We are committed to ensuring political and economic empowerment of the people here.” He added, “J&K is rich in natural resources. By effectively utilising these resources, we can build diverse infrastructure projects, creating valuable job opportunities for our youth. They deserve a better life and a secure future. Apni Party is committed to doing everything necessary to ensure a brighter future for the youth of J&K.”
