New Delhi : The BJP on Saturday held nationwide press conferences against the “unholy alliance” of Congress and the National Conference and their “anti-national” promises. The party asked the Congress and Rahul Gandhi to answer 10 questions posed by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday.
Do Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party want to push Jammu and Kashmir back into the era of militancy and separatism by restoring Article 370 and Article 35A?
Does the Congress party intend to promote separatism by talking to Pakistan at the behest of the National Conference?
Does the Congress party want to revive the ecosystem of militancy and cross-border trade by starting ‘LoC trade’ with Pakistan? Does the Congress party support the reinstatement of government jobs for family members of those involved in militancy and stone-pelting incidents?
Is the Congress party in favour of abolishing reservations for Dalits, Gujjars, Bakerwals, and Paharis? . Does the Congress party want to rename ‘Shankaracharya Hill’ as ‘Takht-e-Sulaiman’ and ‘Hari Parbat’ as ‘Koh-e-Maran’?. Does the Congress party support the divisive politics of the National Conference between Jammu and the Valley?. Do Congress and Rahul Gandhi support the National Conference’s idea of autonomy for Kashmir? Does the Congress party support the National Conference’s promise to bring back the separate flag in Jammu and Kashmir? Does the Congress party want to destroy Jammu and Kashmir’s economy? asked the party.
In BJP-ruled states, Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers addressed the media, while in other states, state BJP presidents and senior party leaders attacked Congress and Rahul Gandhi, asking them tough questions on their intentions to restore Article 370 and 35A, bring back the separate flag, abolish reservation, and cosy up to Pakistan.
