Ganderbal : The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Ganderbal on Friday organized a Special Lok Adalat for Consumer cases in the District.
The Lok-Adalat was held under the Supervision of Amit Kumar Gupta, Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority and Ritesh Kumar Dubey, Chairman DLSA (Pr. District & Sessions Judge) Ganderbal, and under the guidance of Nusrat Ali Hakak, Secretary DLSA Ganderbal.
Two benches were constituted for amicable settlement of the cases.
A total number of 314 cases were taken up by the two benches, out of which 15 cases were successfully settled and an amount of Rs 1,46,076 was awarded as settlement amount.
